Terms and Conditions for Paid Online Procurement Reform Training

  1. Booking and Payment

1.1. By booking a place on the Procurement Reform Training session, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the course date. We accept payments by BACS.

1.3. Bookings are confirmed only when payment has been received. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team via email at help@educationbuying.com.

2.2. If you cancel more than 14 days before the training date, you are entitled to a full refund.

2.3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the training date are non-refundable. However, you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place without additional cost.

2.4. In the event Education Buying cancels or reschedules the training, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a place on a rescheduled session.

  1. Substitutions

3.1. You may substitute a delegate at any time by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the training date.

  1. Course Access
    4.1. We will ensure the course is accessible online at the agreed date and time. In the event of unforeseen technical issues, we will notify students of alternative arrangements.
    4.2. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, internet access, and software to participate in the course.

5.1. All training materials provided are the intellectual property of Education Buying and are for personal use only. No part of the materials may be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from Education Buying.

5.2. Education Buying reserves the right to make changes to the content or materials as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  1. Attendee Responsibility
    6.1. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have adequate computer equipment, broadband, and dedicated time to participate fully in the course.
    6.2. Attendees must keep their login information secure and should not share it with others. Any unauthorised access resulting from shared login details is the student’s responsibility.

7.2. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
